We gather perspectives individually and share a synthesis before group discussion, so people can consider views beyond their own. We explore adoption, ownership and sustainable business models early, without fixing the solution or imposing a linear sequence of stage gates. The two-week Decision Sprint is one starting point: one defined decision, a stakeholder and evidence map, options and risks, and a prioritized next-test plan with an executive readout.
