I am an innovation leader with 20+ years of experience designing and directing high-impact, multi-stakeholder initiatives across health, life sciences, the public sector, and digital innovation.

 

Based in Brussels, my most recent work has been as the Director of Innovation at the Synergist, where I supported entrepreneurial co-creation and the development of sustainable, cross-sector programs such as READI, Guide.MRD, Gravitate, and PFMD. 

 

I also provide consulting and advisory services on coalition building, data-driven opportunity assessment, systems modeling, financial modeling, and landscape analysis.  I have delivered over 100+ engagements to startups, government, and Fortune 500 companies on data-driven segmentation, predictive modeling, facilitation, and business strategy for intrapreneurial, entrepreneurial, and collective innovation. 

 

I previously led innovation and systems redesign for the City of Boston as the Innovation and Systems Manager and managed corporate relations for Boston University, partnering with faculty and industry to secure major proposals and contributions.
