Collaborative strategy
Facilitation, coalition design, stakeholder alignment, and shared decision-making.
I am an innovation strategist, systems thinker, facilitator, and quantitative problem-solver. For more than 20 years, I have helped organizations understand difficult systems, align the people inside them, and build practical paths forward.
My work has rarely lived inside one discipline. I have led public-sector systems redesign, built university–industry partnerships, directed cross-sector innovation programs, and advised startups, governments, and Fortune 500 companies.
The common thread is a particular kind of challenge: important decisions distributed across many actors, evidence that does not arrive in one neat package, and good ideas that need both analytical rigor and collaborative ownership to move.
BPG Labs brings those disciplines together. Depending on the challenge, I work independently or assemble the collaborators, technical expertise, and stakeholder perspectives the work requires.
