BPG LABS · A FACILITATED DIALOGUE SERIES

Multi-Stakeholder Drinking

Online conversations on the hard questions of collective innovation—followed by a face-to-face gathering in Brussels to take the dialogue further.

WHY THIS · WHY NOW

A place to examine the gap between collaboration’s promise and its practice.

The most consequential challenges cross organizational and sector boundaries. Yet the people involved rarely get enough space to speak honestly about what helps—and what gets in the way.

Multi-Stakeholder Drinking is an informal but purposeful series for practitioners, funders, public leaders, researchers, conveners, and builders. Each online session focuses on one live question. The Brussels gathering brings those threads together in person.

Despite the name, drinking is entirely optional. Curiosity, generosity, and candour are the only things to bring.

HOSTED & FACILITATED BY BRIAN GOODMAN

A conversation, not a conference.

There are no predetermined answers and no expectation of consensus. Brian will frame each topic, create space for different perspectives, and connect the learning across sessions. The aim is a conversation honest enough to reveal what collective innovation could become—and practical enough to suggest a next move.
