For complex multi-stakeholder challenges, substantial progress often takes a longer engagement or a sequence of sprints. We scope that follow-on work around what the first Sprint reveals: the decisions, evidence, participants and implementation support needed next.
The first Sprint is a complete, bounded engagement. Any follow-on work has a separately agreed scope, fee and calendar; there is no automatic commitment to continue.
